Joyzr Cal is an app for recording calorie expenditure, provided to you by Chengdu Xingguan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we"). This privacy statement is formulated by us to handle your personal information.
We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information and privacy, and will provide appropriate security measures for your personal information in accordance with legal requirements and mature industry security standards.
1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
We only use your personal information when there is a legitimate basis. Under applicable laws, we may use your personal information based on legal grounds such as your consent, necessity for performing or entering into a contract with you, or necessity for fulfilling statutory obligations.
1.1 Health Information Recording Function
During your use of the relevant services, we will process the necessary information in order to fulfill our contractual obligations. If you do not provide the relevant information, it may affect your ability to use the relevant functions/services of this App.
For the health information recording function, after obtaining your consent, the App will store the following data that you record yourself:
- Dietary data
- Exercise information
- Weight information
- Other health information you consent to
We will not collect or share any of your personal privacy. If necessary, only desensitized metric data is recorded.

2.2 Special Notes on Permissions
2.2.1 Special Note on Local Notification Permission
After you set recording reminders or health reminders, the App will register the configured reminders with the system, which will remind you (by sending local notifications) at the time points you set. This process is completed and delivered locally only, does not involve network operations, and does not collect any personal data.
3. Third-Party SDKs
In order to provide you with certain functions/services, we have integrated software development kits (hereinafter referred to as "SDKs") or other similar applications from our partners. We conduct strict security testing on SDKs or other similar applications, and require our partners to take strict measures to protect your personal data.
When new service requirements or business function changes arise, we may adjust the third-party SDKs we integrate, and will promptly disclose the latest status of integrated third-party SDKs in this statement. Please note that third-party SDKs may experience some changes in data types due to version upgrades, policy adjustments, and other reasons; please refer to their officially published descriptions.

Special Note: The iOS version does not include the Alipay SDK. Membership purchases on iOS are processed through Apple App Store's In-App Purchase (IAP), with the payment flow handled by Apple.

To provide features such as food calorie recognition and intelligent dietary suggestions, this App integrates the AI large model service provided by **Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd. ** (Volcano Engine).

Special Note: We do not share any information with Volcano Engine that could identify you personally. All data transmitted to the AI service has been anonymized and is used solely to complete the current function call.
