Welcome to Joyzr Cal (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). Please read the following membership agreement carefully before using this App.

Joyzr Cal is a health-tracking tool built for users who need calorie management. It helps you easily log dietary calories, exercise calories, and manage your weight, making health management more convenient and simple.
We always respect user privacy. It currently supports iOS (Android and HarmonyOS are under development...), and we will support more platforms as appropriate in the future. We will continue to provide a more delightful user experience.
At the same time, we deeply understand that an App can be sustained over the long term only with a healthy business model. If you would like to support us, you can subscribe to membership to unlock richer features. Thank you very much for your support!
Charging for some features is simply our way of making a living — and we also hope to create meaning.
Purchase Notes
- No refunds are supported after purchase. Please consider carefully before subscribing. Our free features are already sufficient for daily use.
- Once membership is activated, all membership features are available without limit during the membership period.
- Membership features are provided only during the membership period and will automatically expire after it ends.
- For the same account, a single purchase applies across all platforms.

App Store Purchase Refund Instructions
Due to its special payment process, the refund mechanism for the Apple App Store is independent of developers. If you need a refund, please contact Apple's official customer service.
What if Membership Is Not Activated After Purchasing on iOS?
Apple payments may experience a certain delay, so membership may not be activated immediately after purchase. If this happens, please go back to the Profile > Membership page in Joyzr Cal, tap the Restore Purchase button, and the payment order will be re-verified to activate your membership.
About Pricing
Joyzr Cal is almost an entirely free App. We charge because image recognition and image storage/backup inherently require us to incur ongoing additional costs.
However, whether or not you choose to support us with a paid subscription, we will always:
- Respect user privacy and never sell or misuse your health data
- Keep simplicity, focus, and lightness as our guiding principles and advantages
- Continue to update and iterate Joyzr Cal, and promptly follow up on any issues

- More AI Recognition Attempts — The free version has a limit on AI recognition attempts; members get more recognition attempts
- Multi-Device Cross-Platform Sync — Supports real-time data sync across iOS, Android, and HarmonyOS devices, so switching devices is worry-free
- Cloud Backup Storage — Members enjoy cloud storage space for convenient backup and syncing of attachments
- More Advanced Features — Priority access to newly developed advanced features
- Priority Customer Support — Enjoy priority technical support with quick responses to issues

What Payment Methods Are Available?
- Alipay — The primary payment method, supports payment via Ant Huabei and credit cards (Android only)
- Apple In-App Purchase — The primary payment method on iOS
- Activation Code — A special activation method; use an activation code to directly activate membership
About Activation Codes
- An activation code is a special activation method. On the Joyzr Cal membership page, enter the activation code to become a member
- An activation code can only be used once and becomes invalid after activation
- Users who are already members cannot use an activation code
- Activation codes can only be obtained through official operational activities (such as beta-testing rewards, lucky draws, etc.)
